Series: Blueprint hub · Phase 1 · Phase 2 · Phase 3 · Safety
Goal of this phase
Add muscle with a conservative surplus after you are leaner and (if pharmacology is in the picture at all) after health gates from Phase 2 — not a dirty bulk that undoes the cut.
Natural lifters: training and food here still apply. Enhanced culture paragraphs are literacy, not a shopping list.
Nutrition for lean tissue growth (actionable)
| Lever | Practical target |
|---|---|
| Calories | About a 10% surplus above maintenance — often ~250–350 kcal/day for many adults |
| Rate of gain | Roughly 0.25–0.5 kg (0.5–1 lb) per week — faster usually means more fat |
| Protein | About 2.2 g per kg body weight |
| Carbs | Rise meaningfully to fuel hard training and glycogen |
| Fats | Modest bump to support the surplus |
Powder convenience if useful: /go/protein-bulk · /go/creatine-bulk.
Training for hypertrophy (actionable)
With more fuel (and, in culture talk, more recovery capacity), volume and progression can rise — still within CNS limits (Safety).
- Split examples: 5-day Push / Pull / Legs / Upper / Lower, or Push / Pull / Legs / Arms rotation
- Double progression: Pick a rep range (e.g. 8–12). When you hit the top of the range on all sets with a load, add weight next session and rebuild from the bottom of the range
- Cardio: Drop weekly HIIT to protect recovery; keep 2–3 × ~20 min Zone 2 for heart health and partitioning
Chemical talk in culture (literacy only)
After a cut + consolidation, enhanced forums often discuss titrating long-ester testosterone into higher weekly totals. Common ranges people discuss sit around ~300–400 mg/week, sometimes split across more injections in the week to reduce oestrogen “spikes” in bro-science language.
| Fence | Line |
|---|---|
| Framing | Patterns discussed in enhanced culture — not a prescription from this site |
| Gate | Phase 2 bloodwork / BP literacy first — Discord is not a clinic |
| Care | See a doctor. Yeh Bro does not write injection schedules as instructions |
Oestrogen management & AI misuse
Culture often says “keep an aromatase inhibitor (e.g. anastrozole talk) on hand, only if sides appear” — itchy/sensitive nipples, emotional volatility, sudden severe water retention get named as triggers.
Harm-reduction literacy:
- Blind AI use (crashing oestrogen “just in case”) is a known way people feel terrible — joints, mood, lipids
- Self-prescribing prescription medicines without lawful authority is a legal and medical problem
- We don’t teach a DIY estrogen protocol
If sides or labs worry you: clinician, not a fitness CTA. Peers for pathology access education (not affiliated): RoidSafe. Product-quality culture literacy: PED Test AU — not a buy path for gear.
Daily ops that matter more than lore
- Monitor blood pressure in Phase 3 (food + higher androgen exposure in culture = BP can climb) — see Safety
- Sleep and deloads beat ego volume
- Keep surplus modest so the cut was not a waste
Soft close
Train the progressive overload. Hit protein and creatine habits if they help. Risks without a pharmacy attached: PED harm reduction. Basics path: Start here.
